How to overcome fear on the journey to achieving your goals

So many of us come to a time in our lives when we can no longer stay the same. We get an idea, dream, desire or goal that we set out to achieve and yet so many of us don’t do it. We hold ourselves back, self-sabotage and allow fear, self-doubt and overwhelm to keep us small and comfortable in the known.’ Staying still and not moving in the direction of that dream will eventually result in stagnation, pain, resentment and disappointment. In order to find satisfaction in this lifetime, we need to be willing to go out into the unknown, beyond our comfort zone and chase those goals. Here is my reflection as to why we don’t do it and some simple tips for helping you master your mind and body to achieve hive your wildest dreams.
