Morning Routine Guided Reflection + Journal

$29.00

A Morning Routine Visualisation Reflection written and guided by Kaylene Langford.

Mornings are my favourite time of day. They are quiet, still and free of the demands of the day. They provide an opportunity for you to start your day with focus, intention and clarity to direct your energy where you want it to go as you begin the practice of designing the life of your dreams.

A morning practice of visualising my dreams, goals and a more grounded and inspired version of myself, has pulled me through some of my darkest days. This practice helps me to get clear on who and what I want to create in my life from a more inspired state of mind.

Practices similar to this have attracted some of my wildest dreams and helped me to say no to the things that no longer serve me.

No meditation experience or skill level is needed to get started, just a personal commitment to yourself and taking back the reins of your life. Know that you are worthy of dreaming big for yourself and capable of bringing those dreams to life.

Let’s begin.

Read more about how and why I believe a morning routine increases productivity and focus.
